Wake up in the comfort of these private 1st floor suite units right next door to one another. One of the suites will have one king bed and the other will have two queen beds. Each unit contains a modern kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table and chairs. Here, you will also have a spacious living area complete with a queen size sleeper-sofa, a coffee table and club chairs, and a 50 inch Smart HDTV with fiber cable television service and high speed WiFi. In your suite you will also have a full size front loading washer and dryer. When you arrive, your beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and you will find plush white towels in the bathroom. We provide you with all you need to start off a relaxing and simplified vacation right, including luxury bedding, bath towels, travel size shampoo/conditioner /bath soap, kitchen cooking essentials including a Keurig coffee maker and starter supply of k-cups and coffee condiments, and a starter supply of dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. On the ground level we have a spacious covered outdoor guest common area with multiple seating areas and games such as ping-pong, corn hole, and tiki/ring toss where you can gather with family, friends and other guests. You will find we have 8 outdoor showers with hot and cold water so you can us them all year long! We also have 8 beach cruisers we welcome you to check out and ride anytime during your stay at no additional cost! Located one block from the beach between the Atlantic Ocean and the Sounds of the Intracoastal Waterway, whether you're seeking adventure and exploration or relaxation and rejuvenation, Saltwater Suites delivers life's greatest luxuries. We are centrally located near restaurants and shopping, but we are perfectly nestled on a quiet, low traffic street one block from the beach and just six blocks from central Surf City and the Surf City Bridge. You can simply walk or bike to explore local restaurants, get ice cream, shop, or head out to a laid back beach bar with live music! Surf City is a charming, laid back area located in the heart of Topsail Island centrally located between Topsail Beach (south end of the Island) and North Topsail Beach (north end of the Island). This incredible Island has 26 miles of coastline and here you will find some of the most beautiful beaches and clear blue water on the East Coast. This peaceful place of refuge for adults is also paradise for the kids! Walk to the beach to swim, surf, boogie board, build sandcastles, watch for dolphins or hunt for shells, take a bike ride to get ice cream or to Soundside Park to play or fish for crabs off the docks. You can book an adventure to kayak, paddle-board, sail, or jet ski all within sight of this incredible property! Our hotel is perfect for extended-stay vacations and weekend getaways! You can also book your reservation for a one night stay if that is all your scheduled will allow for this trip! Reservations for your vacation can be made online. This property is managed by BlueStar Real Estate and rental payments are processed by Stripe. Payments: At the time of your booking, you will be charged 1/2 of the cost of your stay (including all fees and tax). The remaining 2nd 1/2 will be scheduled to be automatically charged to the same payment method 24hrs before your check-in. Please note, if your book your reservation for a same day check-in your payment will still show as two separate payments, both charged on your day of booking/check-in. Security Deposits: In addition, on the day of your arrival, you will see $250 security deposit authorization hold placed on the card. This is not a charge, it is an "authorization hold" that will be automatically released one day after you check-out.
