The properties are located just two blocks from each other, both centrally located in the heart of Surf City on Topsail Island. Both properties provide ocean views and are located one block from the beach and beach access.
Our Saltwater Suites property provides the perfect combination of luxury and relaxation, with a range of amenities that will leave you feeling pampered and rejuvenated. From the moment you step into your suite, you’ll be greeted with modern decor and furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each suite is designed with comfort and convenience in mind featuring spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens, and stunning ocean views. Saltwater Suites guests will have access to the pool at Saltwater Resort; however, please note, there is limited parking at the Resort property. We have a limited number of resort resort parking passed availale for purchase, but it may be best to walk or bike between the properties. Please note, the pool at the Saltwater Resort is still under construction, it is scheduled to open in July 2024.
Our new Saltwater Resort property has all you love about the Saltwater Suites, and more! In addition to the covered guest common area with seating, ping pong, games, and bike and shibumi rentals, the Resort property will feature additional amenities including a luxurious saltwater pool, and a clubhouse and event venue. The Clubhouse & Event Venue and pool are still under construction and are scheduled to open in July 2024. The Resort guest rooms will also provide a heightened sense of sophistication and indulgence with meticulously curated furnishings and modern coastal design.

My only complaint would be no curtains (the outside lights stayed on all night and came through the blinds). Also, the walls are not completely soundproof but all ypu have to do is put white noise/black screen on tv (youtube) and its fine. Will definitely be back and will recommend. Great location, convenient to everything Surf City has to offer. Free parking was easy and no issue, too.
We had a great week long stay at Saltwater Suites. Our suite was very clean and we look forward to staying here again on a future visit. Love that it’s dog friendly and a very short walk to the beach and to town.

The appliances are nicer than the ones I have in my house, I took a picture of the fridge so I can get the same one. Everything is brand new. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and the AC cools down the room fast, the perfect combo to rest up between beachgoing and barhopping. The location is ideal, close enough to the downtown action that you can walk but far enough away that you don't hear people out all night. The staff is responsive and helpful, and the whole property inside and out is CLEAN.

The staff were so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I highly recommend a 3rd floor room- it will be quiet, peaceful, and you’ll have a great view of the ocean. We also really liked the common area below the suites- there are chairs and a glider, and also cornhole and ping pong. That was great for our family to play, when we spent all day at the beach and wanted a chill evening.

Nicely located with not even a 5 min walk to the beach! Check in and out is a breeze there is ping pong and cornhole below by the showers, place was above and beyond. Only thing I would recommend is some shelves in the bathroom like a corner shelf. Otherwise 5 stars!

The beach was a very short walk and the waves were perfect for the kids to enjoy boogie boarding for hours. NY Deli was a favorite for breakfast and Margaritas Cantina for dinner! Beach Bunny Ice Cream parlor was a great choice after dinner. There was even entertainment at Saltwater Suites on the ground floor where we hung out and played ping pong in the evening while enjoying the ocean breeze. The staff were friendly and welcoming and gave great recommendations on places to eat and activities on the island. We are looking forward to our next trip and will be booking here again.
