On the ground level we have a spacious covered outdoor guest common area with multiple seating areas and games such as ping-pong, corn hole, and tiki/ring toss where you can gather with family, friends and other guests. The remaining 2nd 1/2 will be scheduled to be automatically charged to the same payment method 24hrs before your check-in. Please note, if your book your reservation for a same day check-in your payment will still show as two separate payments, both charged on your day of booking/check-in. Security Deposits: In addition, on the day of your arrival, you will see $250 security deposit authorization hold placed on the card.  This is not a charge, it is an "authorization hold" that will be automatically released one day after you check-out.
